These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Insureagent LLC (“Insureagent,” “we,” “us”). By visiting our website or submitting our qualifying form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

We are a licensed insurance agency that matches consumers with licensed insurance agents to discuss mortgage protection and related life insurance products. We are not a lender, a bank, an arm of any government program, or affiliated with your mortgage servicer. We do not modify your mortgage, refinance your loan, or guarantee any insurance product, premium, or eligibility.

No insurance contract is formed by submitting our form. A licensed agent will contact you and walk you through eligibility. Coverage is only in force after you complete an application directly with a carrier, the carrier issues a policy, and you pay the first premium.

You may use this service only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
• The information you submit is your own (or you have authority to submit on behalf of someone who has authorized you to do so).
• You are submitting accurate information for the purpose of evaluating insurance for yourself or your household.

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you give Insureagent LLC and its licensed insurance agents your prior express written consent to contact you — including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text or SMS messages, and email — for the purpose of discussing mortgage protection and life insurance, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.

Calls with our licensed agents may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes. A recorded-line disclosure is played at the start of every call.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Carriers rely on the information collected during the application process for underwriting. Misrepresenting health, smoking status, income, or any other material fact may void coverage or trigger a claim denial.

Insureagent LLC operates as a licensed insurance agency. Agents we connect you with hold their own state licenses and will identify themselves and their license number on the call. The website, its content, branding, and underlying software are owned by Insureagent LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission, except for routine browser caching and ordinary fair use.

You agree not to:

• Submit information for someone other than yourself without their permission.
• Use this service to send unsolicited communications, harvest contact information, or generate fraudulent leads.
• Bypass, probe, or interfere with our security or rate-limit controls.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) against this site without our written permission.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR INSURANCE PRODUCT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREAGENT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insureagent LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after revisions are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
